Abstract

Cigarettes are one of the main risk factors for several chronic diseases that can result in death. Many studies have proven that smoking can increase the risk of developing various diseases that can result in death. This shows that smoking is a big problem for public health. The aim of this service is to increase students' knowledge about the dangers of smoking. This Community Service uses the counseling method for students at SMKS Muhammaddiyah 9 Medan City. It is hoped that this Community Service will provide useful information to increase students' understanding of the dangers of smoking for health.
