Stroke is a sudden loss of brain function, caused by impaired blood flow to the brain Ischemic stroke or rupture of blood vessels in the brain Hemorrhagic stroke. Stroke is a condition that describes a bleeding disorder in the brain that causes neurological changes. serious problem for the patient, which is caused by the condition of the process of decreasing the function of the body's tissues. Management carried out in stroke patients by doing range of motion with rubber ball therapy techniques. This therapy is one of the ROM actions in the joints with muscle movements, 2 times a day interval. This research method is descriptive in the case study design including the stages of Assessment, Diagnosis, Intervention, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the Range Of Motion technique management in 2 stroke patients obtained in patient 1 obtained data on day 3 can increase muscle strength on a scale of 3 (0-5) and patient 2 obtained data on day 3 can increase muscle strength 2 (0-5) . This shows the fulfillment of physical activity needs with the range of motion technique which is carried out for 5 to 10 minutes on joints that experience physical weakness, and is beneficial in increasing physical activity.
