Chronic kidney failure is a syndrome caused by chronic, progressive and irreversible kidney function disorders that require hemodialysis, dietary regulation and fluid intake. Adherence to a low-salt diet and fluid restriction in patients with CKD is also very necessary to maintain the patient's survival as part of the treatment. Hemodialysis is a method of dialysis therapy that is used to remove fluids and waste products from the body when acutely or progressively the kidneys are unable to carry out the process. According to WHO (2016), globally, more than 500 million people from about 1.5 million people with kidney failure must undergo hemodialysis. Methods: this research is descriptive, the research subjects are patients with chronic kidney failure, with 3 days of treatment, by providing health education through an approach in the case study design including the stages of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Results: after giving Health Education about nutritional diet compliance, knowledge of dietary compliance of patient I and patient 2 was resolved, the client said he understood his illness, the client said he had an appetite, the client said he did not take medication, the client said he had eaten 1 serving, the client looked already understood, the client seems to have an appetite, TTV: TD: I16/75mmHgHR: 88 x/I RR: 24x/IT: 36.. Conclusion: this shows that the fulfillment of health education about dietary compliance is useful in increasing knowledge and insight into dietary compliance Suggestion: from researchers so that families always pay attention to the client's diet according to a predetermined schedule
