Hubungan Penerapan Metode Tim Dengan Kinerja Perawat Pelaksana Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Bandung Medan

The team method is a method of providing nursing care, in which a professional nurse leads a group of nursing staff in providing nursing care to a group of clients through cooperative and collaborative efforts (Douglas, 2011). The team model is based on the belief that each member of the group has a contribution in planning and providing nursing care so that the nurse's motivation and sense of responsibility arises so that the quality of nursing care is expected to increase. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the application of the team method and the performance of implementing nurses in the Inpatient Room at RSU Bandung in 2023. This research method is descriptive with a cross sectional study design using primary data. The population in this study were all nurses in the Bandung RSU Inpatient Installation, the sampling technique was by Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with a sample size of 54 respondents. The results of research on 54 respondents, the majority of whom had poor performance, were 40 respondents (78.5%), the majority of respondents were not good at implementing the team method, 37 respondents (92.5%). The results of the study concluded that there was a relationship between the application of the team method and the performance of implementing nurses in the Inpatient Room at RSU Bandung with a p-value (Continuity Correction) of 0.000 (p<0.05). Researchers suggest to implementing nurses to provide education to health workers to improve the quality of nursing care for patients through the application of quality team methods by continuing higher level education to increase knowledge about nursing care.
