Bladder Training Terhadap Kemampuan Berkemih Pasien Secara Spontan Pasca Pemasangan Kateter Di RSU Sundari Medan

Patients who were hospitalized at the Sidikalang Regional General Hospital patients were catheterized for a long time so that the function of the bladder spingter was disrupted. One attempt to overcome the disorder is a bladder training program or bladder training. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bladder training on the ability to spontaneously void patients after catheter placement. This study is a descriptive correlation study. The study was conducted at the Sundari Medan. Regional General Hospital. The study population was 32 people and all of them were sampled. Based on the results of the study showed that the bladder training at Sidikalang Regional General Hospital in 2019, the majority in the good category 71.9%. The patient's ability to urinate spontaneously after the catheter placement was not spontaneous majority 53.1%, the minority in the spontaneous category was 46.9%. Suggested to the leadership of the Sundari Medan Regional General Hospital Need to give instructions to nurses to always provide counseling (health education) to do according to the SOP about bladder training.
