Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Dengan Penatalaksanaan Pasien Hipoglikemia Pada Pencerita DM Type II RSU Mitra Medika Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and management of type 2 DM patients with hypoglycemia at the Lalang village health center in 2019. The variables studied were knowledge, attitudes and management of hypoglycemia. The population in this study were all type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypoglycemia who visited the Lalang village health center. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique, so as to get a sample of 70 respondents. The instrument of this research is the distribution of questionnaires, data processing using a computer software program Statistics Program for Social Science (SPSS). The analysis used is bivariate analysis using the spearman's rho test. The results of the study from 70 respondents obtained the following results: with an error level of 0.05 and a 95% confidence level. Based on the calculation results obtained a significant value of 0.000. Because 0.000 <0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitude and management of type 2 DM patients with hypoglycemia at the Lalang village health center.
