Diarrhea is a digestive tract disease that often occurs in children with bowel movements more than 3 times a day in a liquid consistency. Diarrhea causes disturbances in inadequate nutritional intake so that children are vulnerable to experiencing less nutrition than the body needs. This is a case research method with a pediatric nursing approach with inclusion criteria for children of 1-3 year-old and obtains parental approval. The research results show that there are changes in nutrition in children with diarrhea and, after the intervention of providing nursing care for children with diarrhea, data on changes in weight of An. Z from 9 kilograms to 9.2 kilograms and hemoglobin increases from 10.5 mg/dL to 11.2 mg/dL. There is an increase in body weight of An. J from 10 kilograms to 10.2 kilograms and an increase in hemoglobin from 11.2 mg/dL to 11.8 mg/dL. The research recommends that nurses are expected to be able to apply nursing care for children with diarrhea so that they can provide good service in the community.
