Abstract

Background: Hepatitis is a disease caused by several types of viruses that attack and lead the inflammation and damage to the human liver Cell. Hepatitis B is a serious infection that transmitted vertically or horizontally through blood and body fluids. Activity intolerance is the factor of hepatitis B such like excessive activity and unhealthy lifestyle. To overcome the problem of activity intolerance, it focused on fatigue of daily activities, the fulfillment needs of self health care and the effort to achieve self relience in preventing activity intolerance. Methods: The study used case study method that focused on nursing helath care with activity intolerance for the patiens with Hepatitis B at TK II Putri Hijau Hospital Medan in 2021. Results : Before the nursing action conducted to patient I and patient II experienced activity intolerance and after the action was taken the patiens could return to the activities. Conclusion: After implementing nursing health care of activity intolerance in patients with Hepatitis B at TK II Putri Hijau Hospital Medan, the patients were able to carry out the activities. Suggestion : It is suggested to the patients with Hepatitis B to do not perform excessive activities, control healthy lifestyle and pay attention to the patients health care.
